Unless otherwise stated, art courses are generally charged at a standard rate for tuition fees of £50 per day per student. Therefore, for example, a single five-day course costs £250; and the part-time half-day-per-week course is charged at a rate of £25 per weekly class, giving a fee of £250 for the 10-week course. Except by special arrangement and subject to our terms and conditions, students who start a course are committed to paying the full cost of the course they have signed up for, even if they subsequently attend only part of the course.

Those who are 23 years old or younger when starting the course are eligible for a discounted rate of £40 per day per student on courses otherwise charged at our standard rate.

Where there is deviation from our standard rate, (for example, one-off events, private tuition, museum trips, lectures and special discounts) fees will be priced separately, with the fee usually given on the course schedule.

In most courses, students are expected to pay for travel and room and board themselves. Residential courses will be quoted at a higher rate that includes room and board. When this is the case it will be clearly stated.

Generally students buy their own materials, in which case we will give students an approximate cost of what they need.
