CANCELLATIONS BY US
If a course is cancelled by the ResSource Limited, you will be notified as quickly as possible. You will be given the opportunity to transfer to another course. Otherwise the full cost of your fees will be refunded to you within three weeks, under normal conditions. We shall not be liable for any other consequential loss.

CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
All deposits paid are non-refundable. Cancellations on the part of the student made within 10 working days of the course are non-refundable. Cancellations made before that time will entitle the student of the fee, less the value of the deposit stated for each course.

TRANSFERRALS
Transferrals from one course to another may be made up to 10 working days prior to the course start date.

NON-ATTENDANCE
Non-attendance of classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds, extra tuition or transferral to another class.

STUDENT CONDUCT
Course participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, and to recognise that other course participants also require support and assistance. If a participant becomes persistently disruptive, we reserve the right to offer a verbal warning, and if this does not resolve the situation, the participant may be asked to leave the course.

OVERSEAS APPLICATION
It is essential that you advise us of your UK address, telephone and fax details for the two weeks period prior to your course commencing in case we need to advise you of any changes. ResSource does not make refunds for accommodation or travel costs associated with courses, for any reason whatsoever.

STUDENT VISA
Short course students are not eligible to apply for a student visa. Students who need a visa to enter the UK must contact the British Embassy in their own country and make prior arrangements before booking a short course.

ENGLISH
All classes are taught in English. Applicants for diploma courses whose first language is not English should note that they are required to be moderately proficient in written and spoken English, and be able to participate in group discussions and presentations in English. Attendees on short courses should have a working knowledge of English.
